Sign-in FAQ and Assistance

• Sign-up for an account here.
• Select the appropriate application(s) you need access to.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation to complete your account creation.
• Some applications will provide immediate access, otherwise you will receive an email notification confirming your pending access.

• Go to the sign-in page to enter your username and password.
• Once signed-in, hover over the green person icon in the top right to display the applications you have access to.
• Click the application name and you’ll be directed to the application webpage.

• From the sign-in page, select "Forgot my password".
• If you have an account, you will receive an email at the email address associated with the account. 
• Follow the prompts to create a new password.

 If you do not receive an email then we do not have an account associated with the email address provided. Please sign-up for an account here.

Follow these steps: 

• Sign-in to your account.
• Hover over the green person icon in the top right and click "my profile".
• Click the "edit" icon on the right side.
• Scroll down and check the box for the application you'd like access to.
• Click "Submit".
• You will be prompted to sign-in again.
• Some applications will provide immediate access, otherwise you will receive an email notification confirming your pending access.
